KVAConsult is a Pacific-based consultancy firm whose skilled, experienced and dependable in house team of consultants and from the pool of experts  provides expert financial management, economic and public policy advice. Established in 1990 as Kolone Vaai & Associates the company restructured in 2000 and co-owned by former Financial Secretaries for the Government of Samoa, Kolone Vaai and Epa Tuioti. In 2016 Naomi Tuioti who had been CEO and also the Enterprise, Banking and Finance Expertise since 2011 was promoted to become Co-Managing Director to fill the position vacated by Epa Tuioti who had resigned on being elected to the Samoan parliament. Nadia Meredith Hunt with strong public policy expertise and experience was also promoted in 2016 from senior consultant to Chief Executive Officer, complemented by Rachel Vaai with accounting and project management expertise in her role as CEO for Pacific Venture Capital Managers Ltd (PVCM) the enterprise planning and private sector management arm and subsidiary of KVAConsult.

The Co-Managing Directors continue to be involved as Principal Consultants providing general guidance and  acting as mentors and advisors to its young and dynamic team. The day to day management of KVAConsult Ltd and PVCM Ltd continue to be the responsibility of their respective Chief Executive Officers.

To strengthen its pool of expertise with CEO experience, a number of former CEOS from the public sector with expertise and experience in the core services of KVAConsult have been appointed as Affiliated Associates and Consultants.

To enable a more focused approach to the Pacific regional financial and banking policy advice, KVAConsult has joined forces with other prominent former CEOS and Governors of the Minisries of Finance and Central Banks through the creation of the Pacific Consult Group.

KVAConsult has also entered into a number of collaborative arrangements with international firms to bring in the relevant expertise to be combined with the expertise of the inhouse team of KVAConsult.
