Kolone Vaai & Associates was founded in 1990. It was restructured in 2000 to become KVAConsult Ltd. The company is co-managed by Kolone Vaai and Naomi Tuioti. Nadia Meredith-Hunt serves as CEO. KVAConsult specializes in public sector reform. It conducts institutional reviews and high-level financial and HR evaluations. The company leverages a multi-disciplinary team of Samoan professionals with in-depth regional knowledge. KVAConsult has completed over 300 projects. It serves diverse clients, ranging from multilateral agencies to private enterprises. The company focuses primarily on finance, economics, and public policy.
